Shelly Schad
Shelly is a second generation realtor who combines passion, expertise and local know-how to the home buying and selling process with emphasis on customer care! Born, raised and currently residing in Plainview, Shelly has witnessed tremendous change and growth that’s transformed the Plainview Elgin Millville community into one of the safest and more secure alternatives to a more urban setting and yet, conveniently located within 21 miles from Rochester, the region’s major metropolitan city.
Shelly started the profession of real estate in 1993 by obtaining her Real Property Appraiser’s License (current) and in 2006 pursued and obtained her Real Estate Salesperson License for a combined 25 years of experience with the integrity, honesty and commitment needed in today’s real estate profession.
